Day 2: Lake Nakuru
We will have breakfast at the hotel followed by safari briefing. Here will you get to be introduced to our guides and the travel director and also where bean bags, wildlife guide books and other relevant information packs and rented equipment will be handed out. Later we will depart for Lake Nakuru National park.
The Great Rift Valley, one of the wonders of the world, is a large trough that runs through Kenya from North to South and is part of the East African Rift which starts in Tanzania to the South and continues northwards into Ethiopia. The view, as you approach from Nairobi and the eastern escarpment is breathtaking. Whilst this stunning introduction to the Rift valley is amazing in itself, actually descending and exploring the hills, the rolling savanna, valleys, chain of volcanoes and lakes area of the Rift in Kenya is a "not to be missed" opportunity. Have a brief stop at the Rift Valley view point and then proceed exploring the dramatic Rift valley passing the beautiful lakes Naivasha and Elementaita.
We will have a boat ride to get up close with the hippos of Lake Naivasha and then proceed with our safari, checking in the lodge inside the Lake Nakuru National Park in time for lunch and later on an afternoon game drive. We will return to the lodge at dusk where you will have the opportunity to download your shots and put your batteries on charge and later buffet dinner as you listen to the sounds of a tropical African night. We'll also give you a briefing about the program for tomorrow.
Dinner and overnight at lodge.
Day 3: Lake Nakuru-Maasai Mara
We will have an early morning game drive to catch the golden light and later return to the lodge for a late breakfast. We will then depart for Masai Mara, Kenya’s most visited and spectacular reserve, crossing the Loita plains, seeing red-clad Maasai warriors tend to their multi-colored herds amongst plains game. Brief stop at Narok town for a little stretching and fuelling, arriving at the safari lodge in time for lunch. When the sun wanes, we will head out for an afternoon game drive inside the most scenic park in Kenya where great concentration of game is seen including the "Big Five".
The Masai Mara is a very productive location as far as photography is concerned. We will be in position when the beautiful evening lighting finally dies with an amazing sunset and later we will head back to lodge for a well deserved buffet dinner. We will review the activities of the day and also give you a briefing about the program for tomorrow

Day 4: Maasai Mara game Reserve.
Typically we rise just before dawn and head out at first light to see what has happened overnight. We will later have a champagne bush breakfast before going further into the bush to explore and scout for yet more amazing wildlife experiences and encounters. We will spend the day in the Masai Mara where the game viewing is always amazing and the chance of seeing a big cat in action is good. Patience is often rewarded with the incredible photo opportunities.
We will head back to the luxury lodge at dusk for a well deserved buffet dinner. Later we gather around a camp fire as we review the activities of the day, listen to the hypnotic and gently pulsing chorus of night from the African savannah insects and wildlife, and also get a briefing about the program for tomorrow

Day 5: Maasai Mara game reserve
Same as the previous day, we will have an early start with picnic breakfast and depending on wildlife distribution patters either have picnic lunch or return to lodge for buffet lunch and resume to the wilderness for an afternoon game drive when the sun wanes. For full day game drives, lavish picnic boxes with cold drinks are provided. We will also have the opportunity to visit a local Masai village for an up close with the Maasai people to learn more about their way of life, traditions and culture and photograph the people and their village.
We will also be scouting for any wild game you might have missed in your previous game drives. This also being the last evening at the Maasai mara we will be treated to an exotic Kenya safari experience; a lamp lit bush BBQ dinner, after which we will retire to the luxury lodge for a well deserved rest.
